What is a TEMOS Certification?

Organizations must first apply and then demonstrate compliance with Temos standards through a detailed questionnaire and checklist. They need to submit documents covering quality management, insurance, customer and communication management, staff and leadership qualifications, as well as proof of patient satisfaction. All of this is thoroughly reviewed by Temos. The goal of certification is to guarantee that patients receive the best possible (dental) medical care and corresponding service at all times.”

Temos is an independent certifier specialized in the healthcare industry, assessing and confirming the quality of medical facilities worldwide. Unlike TÜV, which uses general ISO standards, Temos focuses on the specific needs of the healthcare sector, including quality management, patient safety, and service standards. The key criteria for certification include the assessment of dental treatment in Hungary, pre- and post-care in the patient's home country, non-medical services such as travel arrangements and warranty management, as well as documentation and billing with insurers.
